A branded experience for a high-profile destination, created to give its end of trip facilities a clearer identity and more distinctive role within the wider 101 Collins experience. The challenge was to create something premium and self-contained, while ensuring it worked seamlessly alongside the masterbrand and within the physical environment.

The result was a refined identity and user experience that brought together naming, brand and environment in a way that felt clear, coherent and considered. More importantly, it demonstrated how brand can shape perception inside a physical destination, not just around it.
