LONDON BOROUGH OF WALTHAM FOREST
A place-based engagement project for London Borough of Waltham Forest, focused on understanding how Walthamstow High Street could become more active after 6pm. The work combined business engagement, community insight and practical action planning to build a clearer picture of the evening economy and the support needed to strengthen participation, activity and confidence.
The project showed how change depends on more than ambition alone. It requires evidence, local trust and a grounded understanding of how businesses, residents and public life interact. The result was a practical framework for strengthening participation, activity and confidence after dark.
